What To Expect During The Re-Roofing Process
Roofing your property may seem like a large undertaking. We would like to provide you with information and put you at ease with the process. In preparation for the roofing process, following are some items to consider;
Perhaps your concern comes from witnessing "XYZ ROOFING" roof a neighbors property, and taking over a week or longer to complete an averaged sized roof? You may be concerned about having various people you do not know, coming and going around your property for that length of time.

CONTACTS
Our company associate and the job site supervisor, will be the one you need to talk with regarding any concerns or questions that you may have. They are highly skilled and qualified in every aspect of roofing. Our site supervisor will introduce himself by phone or e-mail before the project begins and will give your a brief description of what we will be doing.
TRAFFIC
If your old roof is being tore off, we will be placing a dump truck, and/or trailer as close to your building as possible to minimize debris falling onto your property. We may also have several vehicles near your property, we will do our best to keep access open to your driveways and/or parking lots.
NOISE
During the roofing process, as with any construction project, there will be noise inside building being worked on, inside and out, that you are not accustomed to. We may be using electric, gas, and pneumatic tools, along will some hand tools.
VIBRATION
While work is in progress, we will be loading and moving material, and other operations that will cause vibrations to the interior walls and ceilings of your home or business. We are very careful and respectful or your property, but total elimination of vibrations is impossible. If you feel that this vibration would cause any would cause any disturbance of pictures, or light fixtures, you should remove these items to prevent damage. Our site supervisor, or associate will be happy to assist you if needed.
DEBRIS
There will be debris from any construction project, most debris comes from a tear-off. We try very hard to make sure all debris is removed from the are the day we tear-off, and again daily until we are finished with the project. We ask that you take precautions while we are there and stay clear of debris until we have had a chance to remove it.
LANDSCAPING
As mentioned before, when we tear-off an existing roofing, debris will fall to the ground, this could include flower beds, shrubs, bushes, ect. that are close to your property. We will make every attempt to protect the landscaping you have worked so hard on. We ask that you assist us in this process, by informing your site supervisor of any particularly delicate items. We are there to enhance the beauty of your home or business.
