When repairs become numerous, and your roofing system is not ready for a total re-roof and/or you're not ready for the cost a re-roof... roof restorations are available for many condominiums, commercial, and industrial applications.
Typically roof restoration includes identifying any weakness in your roof and repairing them as well as upgrading the materials used in your roof’s construction if necessary. Finally most roof restorations will include a final waterproof elastomeric coating.
The cost of roof restoration will vary, but is generally less than half the cost of a total re-roof. When you consider the cost of a total re-roof, it makes better dollar sense to invest in a roof restoration that may extend your current roof’s life expectancy up to 20 years! A roof maintenance program is key to acheiving the maximum life expectancy out of your roofing system. Few property owners realize that their roofing system needs to be maintained, just as their vehicle does. Wouldn't you rather repair/maintain your existing roof correctly compared to the potential expense of emergency repairs, costly interior damage or a complete reroof?
- Conduct an initial in-depth roof maintenance investigation to access current status of all roof areas at all facilities. Provide customers with inital recamended repair options and upgrades.
- Each Roof Inspection/Service will include: overall inspection of roof sections, cleaning of large debris from roof and gutter system, pictures of all roof sections with focus on areas of concern, and a written estimate of any work needed.
- We will keep record of all condition reports and photos so to compile a database for your properties roofing system. You too will receive all of this information in a written report, which will include photographs, along with a verbal explanation of our findings.
- All roof repairs will be completed in accordance with proper roofing procedures and the roof manufacturer's requirements.
